Eurosuccess organised one multiplier event on November 28, 2018 in Europa Plaza Hotel in Nicosia from 14:30-18:30.

The event was named “Explore the perspectives of transnational labour mobility in Europe – Support, Training and Challenges” and was approved as one of the activities developed under the 2018 European Vocational Skills Week of the European Commission.

Key stakeholders, such as the Cyprus National Agency, the EURES Office in Cyprus, the Cyprus Youth Board, the Cyprus Investment Agency and the Career office of the European University were invited to present to participants different perspectives, opportunities and needs in the field of transnational mobility in both Cyprus and Europe. 

The event ended with two parallel practical workshops. The first one presented the LAMOS EU ICT tool and was followed by a short simulation workshop based on the activities developed under the O4 – Programme Toolkit. The workshop was organised in Greek by an expert/trainer of Eurosuccess. The second one was an interactive workshop for career advisors where the Model/guide (O2) was presented and participants engaged in practical exercises. The workshop was facilitated in English by a Polish academic/psychologist and career advisor of the OIC Poland Foundation.
